Error: Could not find or load the native library from any name: [ leptonica-1.78.0.dll, liblept, liblept.dll ]

This issue is typically seen when moving a project from a development machine to production.

It is caused when Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables for Visual Studio (2015-2022) are not installed.
