Como criar pacotes de idiomas personalizados para uso no IronOCR?

A criação de um pacote de idiomas personalizado requer o treinamento de um novo arquivo/dicionário de idioma LSTM do Tesseract 4 a partir de uma fonte.

Existem muitos tutoriais disponíveis online explicando os passos necessários para fazer isso. O processo não é simples, mas felizmente está muito bem documentado.

Quando concluído, a saída será um arquivo .traineddata.
