How can you participate?

Begin by trying our 30-day free trial or consider purchasing a license to gain hands-on experience with Iron Software products.
Explore our documentation to understand features and best practices.
To submit a documentation error:
- Clearly document your findings.
- Provide screenshots or examples clearly highlighting the issue.
Join our Slack community to ask questions, share feedback, and connect with other developers.
Submit your report to our team via the form or Slack.
Include your full name, contact details, and mailing address for swag delivery.

The Rewards Selection Process

Eligible Reports

To qualify for a Bug Bounty Swag Prize, your issue must meet these criteria:

Documentation Error Types:

Incorrect or outdated information
Misleading or unclear descriptions
Erroneous code examples or API references
Broken or incorrect internal documentation links

Impact

The issue must potentially cause misunderstanding of functionality, implementation, or proper usage of Iron Software products.

Originality

The issue must not have been previously reported or already noted by Iron Software.

Clarity and Detail

Clearly describe the incorrect information, provide the exact URL or location, and suggest corrections if possible.

Ineligible Reports

Minor typos, external broken links, duplicates, or general feedback unrelated to factual accuracy are not eligible for rewards.

Prize Eligibility and Delivery

Winners will be contacted directly for shipping details. Rewards like tumblers, t-shirts, and hoodies will be mailed—please provide accurate information to avoid delays. Swag prizes are awarded at Iron Software’s discretion based on report validity and adherence to guidelines. Allow 4 weeks for processing and delivery.
