Join our Slack community to ask questions, share feedback, and connect with other developers.
Submit your report to our team via the form or Slack.
Include your full name, contact details, and mailing address for swag delivery.
To qualify for a Bug Bounty Swag Prize, your issue must meet these criteria:
Documentation Error Types:
The issue must potentially cause misunderstanding of functionality, implementation, or proper usage of Iron Software products.
The issue must not have been previously reported or already noted by Iron Software.
Clearly describe the incorrect information, provide the exact URL or location, and suggest corrections if possible.
Minor typos, external broken links, duplicates, or general feedback unrelated to factual accuracy are not eligible for rewards.
Winners will be contacted directly for shipping details. Rewards like tumblers, t-shirts, and hoodies will be mailed—please provide accurate information to avoid delays. Swag prizes are awarded at Iron Software’s discretion based on report validity and adherence to guidelines. Allow 4 weeks for processing and delivery.
