Maddy Montaquila (formerly Leger) is a Senior Product Manager at Microsoft, leading innovation across .NET MAUI and serving as the Product Lead for .NET Aspire. Since joining the .NET team in 2018, Maddy has been dedicated to making cross-platform development more intuitive and productive for developers everywhere.
With a background in computer engineering from Northeastern University and experience as both an intern and engineer at companies like Microsoft and Amazon Robotics, Maddy brings a developer-first mindset to every product decision. Her career began with Xamarin, and she now focuses on evolving the developer experience for modern .NET applications—from mobile to distributed cloud-native systems.

Jerry Nixon
Principal Product Manager, Azure Data – Microsoft
Jerry Nixon is a Principal Product Manager at Microsoft, leading developer experience for SQL Server, Azure Data, and the Data API Builder (DAB). With over a decade at Microsoft, Jerry has worked across engineering and product teams, driving solutions that simplify and accelerate cloud-native development.
His recent focus includes advancing .NET Aspire to streamline orchestration for distributed apps, and enhancing developer workflows with innovations like hot reload, stored procedure caching, and deep Visual Studio integrations.
A seasoned speaker and educator, Jerry regularly shares insights at global developer conferences—including NDC, SQLBits, and .NET Days—and teaches as an adjunct professor of Computer Science.
