修正圖片方向

IronOCR 的 OcrInput 包含內建的方法來調整圖像方向以達到最佳的 OCR 精準度：

Rotate(double degrees)：將圖像按給定的角度順時針旋轉； use negative values for counter-clockwise rotations
Deskew(int maxDeskewAngle = 45)：糾正高達最大角度的傾斜（預設 45°）；如果應用了修正則返回 true
Scale(int percent, bool scaleCrop = true)：按比例調整圖像大小（例如，150 表示 150%）
